At some point of a time, many of us have tried tons of morning routine, different scheduling and much more. But sadly, most of us have messed up their morning routine right at the beginning itself. One of the typical reasons being — waking up late, and that’s the point where many of us give up as we lost the feeling of maintaining perfection while following the schedule. Remember —waiting for it to be perfect 5’o clock so that you can study as per your schedule?

So, here we go —grab your pen and paper, and list out all the activities that you followed in a day and

—evaluate yourself (give yourself points by following the method mentioned below)
- Give yourself more points for every good action you did,
- and less points for bad habits.
- For example—
- 10k points for 10k steps
- 300 points for saving 5 hr (300 mins) on Instagram
- only 1 point for 1 hr gaming and
- 12 points for reading 12 pages.
3. Prepare for the next day—
- Get your clothes ready for next day.
- Set reminders for important meetings and work.
- Mark your calendar with the important dates and holidays.
- Visualize your morning (how it should be).
- Lastly, fix a bedtime that helps you wake up at your decided time.
